WILD SLYDE
To increase activity levels, get Weininger into your school, shopping centre or coporate event. Wild Slyde is a simple bodyweight exercise that started in Weiningers living room which has gone on to become an official sport (see fitness) call to discuss Wild Slyde school sports day/classes, borough event activities and corporate events. Wickes, Red Bull,The Bank of England & Coca Cola are just a few corporates that have taken a "walk on the Wild Slyde" the ultimate all inclusive sport.
